If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Freaky Girl

  • Items refer to the merchandise offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Freaky Girl, accessible from https://www.freakygirlinc.com/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Return Policy

Freaky Girl does NOT offer exchanges.

 

The deadline for a refund is 14 days from the date on which You received the Items or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

 

In order to exercise Your right to return an item(s), You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Once you have filled out the contact form, a Return Authorization Form will be e-mailed to you. Please include this form with the Item(s) you are returning; your return will NOT be processed without it.

 

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Items. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Original shipping fees will NOT be included in the refund. An e-mail will be sent to You once the refund has been issued.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Items were purchased in the last 14 days.

  • Items are in their new and original condition, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Items have not been worn, stretched out, or appear used.

  • The Items are not damaged, soiled or stained, laundered, or altered.

  • Items have no makeup, lotion, deodorant, or glitter on them.

  • Items are free of perfume, body odor, or cigarette smoke.

  • Items have no pet hair on them.

 

The following Items CANNOT be returned:

  • Panties

  • Thongs

  • Teddies

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Hosiery

  • Bodystockings

  • Sets that come with a panty/thong

​Items are inspected once received. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. If Items do not meet the return conditions, the Items will be mailed back to You at Your expense.

 

Only regular priced Items may be refunded. Unfortunately, Items on sale CANNOT be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bulk orders with multiple sizes/variations of items of same type (we do NOT offer wholesale).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse Your Order if there is a history of irregular or excessive returns.

 

Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Items to Us.

 

We cannot be held responsible for Items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
